mortgagedata.ai is Polygon Research’s governed intelligence workspace for mortgage market data: ask questions, explore markets and lenders, and work with the same semantic contracts that power our analysis—without treating every answer as a one-off chart export.

It sits alongside the long-standing fully immersive microdata dashboards (HMDAVision, CensusVision, and the rest of the Vision / Pulse / Risk suites). Those products remain the deep, filter-first environments for loan- and geography-level exploration. mortgagedata.ai does not replace them. It is the connected front door: chat and workflows that respect entitlements, freshness, and methodology, with a path back into the immersive apps when you need the full microdata lens.
